Two ways to build it. Same price, same design.

Option two in the proposal is $5,000 on either route, half to start and half on the day it goes live. Your domain stays registered to you and I never touch it. The only change at go live is pointing it at the new site.

Route A. Hand built, hosted by me

Built by hand, hosted on my account. Live at $49 a month covers hosting, security, daily backups and monitoring.
You own the design, words, photos and code on final payment.
Changes go through me: $100 an hour with a three hour minimum on Live, unlimited on Looked after.
Leave any time. I hand over the files and they run on another host.
About four weeks.

Route B. WordPress, on hosting you pay for

The same design as a custom WordPress theme with locked layouts. You change text and photos and add pages from templates. Day to day editing cannot reach the structure.
Hosting in your name, about $9 to $40 a month. My pick is VentraIP: Australian owned, billed in dollars, no price jump after the first year.
You hold the administrator login and work day to day as an editor, which is the level the locks are built for. No monthly fee to me unless you choose a plan.
Colours, fonts, layouts and new section types come to me. No page builders or visual plugins without asking me first.
About six to eight weeks.

This is the foundation the current site does not have. None of it is extra.

Technical

All 62 old addresses reviewed. The ones worth keeping, brochure PDFs included, get a permanent redirect to their replacement, kept for at least a year. Retired products are retired properly, never dumped on the home page.
One address per page. Canonical tags, http to https, no .html twins.
A title and description written for every page. Titles that already rank are carried across.
Structured data chosen for a manufacturer that quotes rather than lists prices, so Google understands the business and each product without errors.
XML sitemap and robots file, submitted in Search Console at launch. A full crawl after launch to confirm every redirect works.
Mobile first, Core Web Vitals passing, HTTPS with the mixed content fixed. An accessibility check on contrast, headings and keyboard use.
Alt text on every image. Internal links between products, applications and the enquiry page.
Google Analytics 4 with enquiry and brochure download goals, and Search Console, both in your own Google account.
Google Business Profile claimed or corrected. Stale directory listings fixed.
A one off report at 90 days against the baseline I take on day one.

Content

Eight pages written from your specifications, plus contact, privacy and terms.
A specification table on every product page: material, sizes, thickness, weight, load rating, lead time, custom sizes.
An irrigation page, which the current site does not have.
The questions people ring you to ask, answered on the page.
A keyword list agreed with you before a page is written.

What Found adds each month, $449

Your keyword list tracked monthly, with a continuing report showing position, impressions, clicks and what was done.
One or two new pages a month on the searches nobody in your market answers well: rubber against plastic crane pads, buying against hiring bog mats, haul road mats, irrigation design in Northern NSW.
Named case studies with tonnage and site type, written for the page and pitched to the trade press, because the site has no links pointing at it and links are what move the competitive terms.
Google Business Profile kept current with posts and photos.
Existing pages refreshed as Search Console shows what is close to page one.

What to expect

Nobody honest promises a position or a traffic number, and I will not. Google says to expect some movement after a rebuild, sometimes a few weeks, sometimes a couple of months on a site this old, before it settles. A clean rebuild usually improves where the old site was the drag: no mobile layout, no irrigation page, split addresses, dead analytics. Growth on the competitive terms is the monthly work. You will see the real numbers in Search Console and in the report, not a forecast from me.

Two things I need from you

1.Which route. A if control means owning it outright and being able to move it. B if control means logging in and changing it yourself.
2.Any Google account that was ever connected to the site. There is a Search Console verification on it from an earlier account. If it cannot be found we verify a new one at launch and the record starts from day one, with the baseline I take before launch.
